FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact info@miticosport.com
To assist, please include your order number, photos, and any information regarding the issue so that we can resolve the problem.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, a refund will not be provided or exchanged.
Once investigated, we will provide you with information on how to return the item.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with a product purchased through Mitico Sport, please let us know!
We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount that you paid.
Items can be returned within 21 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
This may take between 7-21 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund taxes, shipping charges, or duties.
Any order purchased with a discount is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
